Academics 

     
           To meet the preferable characteristics of an army officer, the cadet education therefore differs from that of other universities. It involves academics, trainings and instilling in the cadets ideology, values and personality traits. The curriculum is divided into three components which are interrelated ; i.e., military, leadership, characteristic development, and knowledge of related disciplines.  
   
   
   
     
 

 
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
       
  Military Component : deals with the studies of Military Science and Military knowledge (2 semesters a year). There are 8-10 weeks military field training each year. The cadets are expected to learn about basic military strategies, strategic principles, defense mechanism with military forces, to have adequate basics of general principles for each corps both technically and strategically to lead the unit at platoon level, and to be able to lead a small unit in a real combat.  
   
   
   
     
 

 
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
     
  Cadet's education  
     
  Courses in military leadership: A study of psychology of military leadership, military instruction, physical education; in chain of command ; other course-related activities. These courses and training aim at developing leadership traits, mental and physical strength and simultaneously instilling a sense of loyalty to the nation, the religion and the monarch.  
   
   
     
 

 
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
     
  Academic courses: A study of Science, Engineering, Social Sciences and Liberal Arts. These courses complement leadership traits and prepare cadets for political, social, economic and technological challenges in the changing world. They also help develop problem­-solving skills and provide sound knowledge for further studies as required by the Army.
